The Booth-Laird Way is what we call our proven processes. It is our secret sauce for obtaining repeatable results. It is who we are and how we get better every day. The Booth-Laird Way is comprised of two core processes that both feed into one another. The first is our process for identifying, analyzing, and monitoring a stock, which has been a consistent process for years that we constantly attempt to fine tune. The second process is the way in which we actively focus on continuous learning, including regular think weeks in which we take the phone off the hook for a week and focus on new ideas, high-level strategy, different management styles, or anything else to expand and improve our knowledge base and the lens through which we view companies and investing. We also conduct post-mortem analysis on any stock we have previously analyzed to see where we were right and where we could improve.
